a lovely card from my little boy...i love it!
...and another from him last sunday morning when i decided to sleep in a little. while i was in slumberland, he made me this wonderful mosaic. when i was awake...he got so excited. i was wondering why. well, it's a sunday, i thought. he kissed me. then a big hug. and acting quite funnily. as usual this boy cannot contain any excitement when he has surprises for me. very quickly he said with his smiling face...i've got a surprise for u...close your eyes n no peeking. he held up the mosaic and shouted...happy mother's day! his effort really gladdened my heart...even it came a week earlier! he thought last sunday was mother's day. he's my affectionate little boy.
this mother's day, we'll have breakfast. call home to wish my mummy. catch Speed Racer. popcorn n coke. go lunch. some shopping hopefully. teatime. a walk at the park. just chill. just do whatever we like. dinner...instead of me thinking, Mika gets to choose! a simple fun day. be happy. be glad.
and to all great mothers out there...u too, do have a wonderful time. or a fun pampering time. it's your day!

Sounds like a great Mother's Day plan. Now that Mika is older, isn't it easier to just head out the door with him? :) As for us, we will just have to wait for this 'luxury'...
